THE ART MOB PRESENTS:

“HELP WANTED”
The Art Mob, an
uncommon a cappella chorus of sixteen intrepid accomplices, finally
faces reality in its spring concert, “Help Wanted.” Yes, it is true that everybody needs somebody
sometime, and nobody is needier than the Art Mob. We have perused our musty, dusty song books and
retrieved these timely petitions: “Give
to the Cause,” “Someone to Watch Over Me,” “Hard Times,” and “Under the Curse.”
The depression-era ditty “Brother Can You Spare a Dime” sounds new again, and
if that doesn’t work we will consider enlisting “As a Volunteer.” Please hear us out and help us out as we romp
through our chosen temperance, seafaring, Sacred Harp, Irish ballad, radio
gospel, scary children’s ditty, and vaudeville songs!
The Art Mob is: Brent Frederick (music director), Connie Beckley, Aldo Ceresa, Gaynor Coté, Martin Donach, Therezia Gaal, Cheryl Morrison, Dean Rainey, Dan Rosenbaum, Ruby McNeil, Nancy Moore Simpson, Rita Selby, Jared Stamm, Kirsten Skrinde, Vicki Watson, and Mark Wolff.
